Friendly staff. An oasis to escape the traffic of Bali. Great swimming pool for the kids.

Kitchen cupboard handles needed cleaning. Had to pay for WiFI access on top of expensive room rate.

Quiteness, well organized villa

The staff was amazing, polite, helpful, friendly and very prompt. They assisted in booking us taxi's for every trip out of the villa. Most spoke enough english to understand them easily. The villa was not located on the main road- but not too far from the main road. This made it convenient and also quieter from being away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. Space for activity in the living room, pool was generous. Breakfast in the morning in your villa was a nice touch.The villas were not too far away from each other (we had 4 villas, group of 20pax)- convenient to catch up. Walls between villas were high and therefore, kept the noise within the villa and did not disturb others. Pools for each villa was an amazing touch!

The entire villa (bedroom, outdoor living room, bathroom) requires more lighting. Dim light was a plus for sleep but it was difficult to get ready to go out from 6pm onwards when the sun was setting or very low. The outdoor bathroom require more ventilation and needed better netting to prevent insects. Also could be more well maintained for better cleanliness. The glass doors for each bedroom was mostly secure except, some were fragile from prior misuse. The road leading up to the entrance of the villa was not a sealed road- it had plenty of potholes and was thoroughly uneven which lead to an unpleasant taxi journey in and out of the villa. Although, the location was well received for being away from the hustle and bustle. Portions for the breakfast was very small, but it was complimentary with the hotel stay.

Bali Swiss Villa was everything we needed for a group of 7 at the right price

I booked a 3-bedroom villa for my 4d3n stay in Bali =) I will say that it is a very safe place for girls =) the staffs greet us with pleasant smiles and nice breakfast every morning in our kitchen! We were all stun by the size of the bathroom! It's extremely big~ ^^ it's a new villa =) I'll defintely recommend this wonderful villa to my friends!

The only thing we didnt like about the villa is that our private pool is a be dirty, as in the pool water is not clear, so we were wondering if we should swim inside. But on the 2nd day, it s better =) One of the lamp ini my bedroom and the light in the bathroom is not working, didnt really affect us much though =) o there s a lot of mosquitoes! So get ready ur insect repellant!

Quiet, greenery villa with spacious rooms. Friendly staff and always wear smiles. Quick response to enquiries, assistance. Despite the limited resources, the staff always do their best to serve the guests. Good privacy and staff just come whenever you needs them.

Bumping roads outside the Villa but absolutely not their fault. Not quite conveniently for disabled.

Great Staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. In terms of location it was veruy quiet and a cheap taxi ride to main attractions.

The floor is very dirty, got ants on the table and bed. The most horrible is the water filter, it is full of algae at the dispensing holes. We have to buy our own mineral water to provide them for cooking breakfast because we do not want to have diarrhae. Both of the bath tub are broken, with only one water heater is functioning. Haven mention the broken doors which unable to lock...furthermore, the location is too far away from the shops, with "roller coaster" road and wrong street name online, it is very troublesome to get to the villa. In short, the villa is not been taken care and we are not happy with the broken facilities n service there.

Good services, cheerful staffs, Enviroment friendly, Prompt and nice breakfast was served everyday.Have a pleasant stay during my vocation with my boyfriend.

Too much of mosquito's, and no fans in the living room, prefer villa can provide a free wifi as well as pick up and drop off services from airport instead of charging customer.

Good villa with the good concept of hospitality. Currently, we can enjoy it much; the uniqueness of the villa is doing the breakfast preparation in the villa; a kind of friendly hospitality. We suggest the villa to keep that tradition, Quick response on guest request.

The villa itself used to be good one but poor maintenance and tend to deteriorate which will be affecting the image of the villa. The cleanliness of the area ( swimming pool,bathroom,living rooms) need to be improved from time to time. Maintenance on room ceiling need to be inspected , lamp and aqua dispenser not working properly.

We stayed 3 nights at Bali Swiss in the 2 bedroom villas and one word to describe everything, "excellent"!!! The staff are great, the villa is stunning, modern and very relaxing villa, the location couldnt be' better and the villa is just amazing. Unfortunately, I couldnt bring my family to visit Bali in this trip. But, yeah overall we enjoyed our stay and sure we will be back again in our next trip to Bali ~ when my family are joining for sure.
